As Director of Outreach and Expansion, he works to grow the influence of Next Generation Politics through new events and innovation of management and partnerships. Ryan hopes to continue expanding Next Generation Politics by widening its breadth and collaborating with local organizations and elected officials.

Avalon interns for NY Congressman Tom Suozzi and the Suffolk County Democrats, and she volunteers with the Long Island Cares Harry Chapin Food Bank.
