Avalon Zborovsky Fenster is a 16 year old first-generation Jewish American and a junior at the Stony Brook School in Long Island, NY. Beyond NGP, she is the Co-Founder and Lead Organizer of March For Our Lives Long Island and the New York State Liaison to March For Our Lives where she is a strong advocate for violence prevention, gun reform, and moral justice in our national and community leaders….
Katelyn Goodpater is a senior at New Castle High School in New Castle, Indiana. She started her own business teaching art classes at a young age, as well as being a volunteer assistant teacher for her local art center’s youth programs….
Mateo Portelli was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to a mother of Salvadoran descent and a father of Greco-Italian descent. Despite his immigrant origins, he’s often referred to as the “Constitution Kid” by his peers. Whether this is due to his almost constant being in possession of a pocket Constitution and Declaration of Independence, or the sheer passion with which he discusses the founding of the American Revolution, Mateo is an American at heart and mind….
Nick Sawicki is currently a Senior at Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh, PA. He has served as the editor-in-chief of NGP Blog for the past three years and enjoys posting articles that further Generation Z’s voice. Sachi Madan is a high school senior living in Seattle. She has lived in five countries, and often finds that the unique experience with each culture has sparked her interest in politics.
